Sometimes things aren't as straight forward as we think they should be. If you would like to add your video from mobile then read on:
A YouTube and Google account is required in order to upload a video. If you're not already signed in then go ahead and sign in to your YouTube account. Having a Google account will automatically create a YouTube account for you. If you don't have a Google account you can sign up here.
You may have to go back to this page and click the link again once you've signed in. Once you've signed in and have clicked the link then you will be taken back to YouTube where the playlist is at.
Look for Add to this playlist as "Your YouTube Username". Just click Continue and the playlist will be automatically saved for you. After that it will then say You have permission to add videos to this playlist".
Once you have uploaded your video to YouTube simply search for your video, click on it and then click the + sign. A popup labeled "Add to" will appear. Choose "Google Anarchy" and your video will be added to the Google Anarchy's playlist and Google Anarchy's Home Page.
